Review on Citizen Kane

This movie was the most boring movie I have ever seen. The acting was terrible and the plot made no sense. They should’ve put their money into something more particle like a new school or a new shelter for the homeless, honestly that would have been more interesting than trying to find out why some guy said a random word before he died. Like really, why waste your time on somebody who died who no one really liked in the first place? Like, this guy was ridiculous his character was two dimensional that means it was pretty much not realistic and seemed fake. Like who develops a character so selfish and so conceited that he pretty much gets hated by everyone. This guy is messed up his dad beat him and his mom gave him up because of that and now he has it out for the world. And what is he thinking just wasting his money away all those years like, really. Personally I think the acting was overdone and there was to many awkward silences it seemed like they forgot their lines for like two minutes but then just ended up winging it so they don’t waste film. Like when someone yelled or gave a death stare everyone would just stand there and stare at that person. And the characters didn’t seem believable at all you could tell they were acting and they didn’t believe themselves of being in that situation. What were people thinking in the 40s , like how could they sit there for three hours watching a movie that has a pointless plot and end up being disappointed in the end because they don’t even find out anything , they just hear dumb stories of how this guy screwed everyone over.
